to get out from under our HUGE mortgage payments, we need to refinance. in order to refinance, our credit scores have to be at 720 or higher.
can everyone here pray/meditate that the scores for my husband and i will be above 720 when the credit is pulled tomorrow (july 12)?

credit scores were NOT at 720 (boohoo). but, then our lender said we don't REALLY need those scores, it would've just made our lives easier.
so, now we get to do homework (ICK).
argh.
there comes a point when all this financial bullshit gets rather exhausting. -
